Every update to your website is carried out by a WordPress expert. When a new version of WordPress is released we update the staging version of your website to ensure that everything will go smoothly prior to the update to the live site. Plugin updates are not automated. We first update the plugin on your staging site to make sure that everything runs smoothly; this includes both a visual and functionality inspection of your website to make sure it’s operating correctly. Finally, we push to the live site and carry out final checks to ensure that everything’s just right.
Yes! You'll be able to do everything you'd normally do with WordPress, including uploading files via SFTP, changing plugins and themes, messing with the design, whatever you want. But if anything does go wrong or you have any questions you know that we're always around to help you out
No way! That is the beauty of the service. We will never make you commit to an amount of time with us. If you love us, which we hope you will, you'll stay. If you don't, then you're free to go.
We would be sad to hear of you leaving us but you are entitled to a full refund as long as it's placed 14 days before your next billing date. Anything after that will be prorated.
You have three main ways of support. You have access to our ticket system and support by email. If you sign up as a Publisher, you have an additional support method, the Bat Phone. All support information will be given to you via the welcome email after sign up.
Project Management is an available option with all packages. All you would need to do is contact us about the project and we will begin the process.
